Ethene Steenkamp is a co-founder of KapGro Holdings and is an experienced corporate finance M&A professional as well as a proven structured debt and private equity investment executive. He has a demonstrable track record of working in the financial services industry both in the UK and in South Africa at some of the leading banks including Investec and ABSA as head of Specialised Lending and Private Equity within ABSA’s Business Banking division. With nearly 30 years of investment banking experience, he is primarily responsible for Alphatech’s deal origination, transaction structuring and capital raising activities.
