Rashaad Sujee graduated with BCom and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand. After serving his articles at Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa Inc. he joined their corporate mergers and acquisitions department. Holding valuable experience in employment and labour law, telecoms, commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, state-owned companies, procurement, legal due diligence and regulatory reviews, general banking and finance, cross-border financing, Islamic finance, lending and syndicated lending and project finance.
